Enable compatibility mode for shared hosting (recommended)

Use this if your hosting provider restricts database permissions (e.g. InfinityFree, Hostinger, cPanel shared hosting). Disables SHOW DATABASES, CREATE DATABASE, and GRANT — uses only safe table-level SQL.
